15 February 2009- The Guernsey Kennel Match - Judge Mrs Helen Moorat. Oliver "Lyntonridge Loyalty Card at Derrindee" won his class and was beaten by his sister for Best Junior in Match. Douglas "Kyna Charlie Brown at Derrindee" won his Veteran class and was Best Veteran in Match. Photo below.
22 February 2009 - The Guernsey Kennel Members Show - Judge Mr J Tiranti - Oliver "Lyntonridge Loyalty Card at Derrindee" 1st Limit English Springer Spaniel, Gundog Junior Group and 4th Best Junior in Show. Douglas "Kyna Charlie Brown at Derrindee" 2nd Open Cocker Spaniel Dog, 3rd AV Open Gundog and 2nd AV Veteran Gundog. This was Douglas' second outing in Veteran and he really seemd to enjoy himself. 07 March 2009 - Crufts - Cocker Spaniel Dogs Judge Mrs A Koskelo (Finland) - Marvin "Shenmore Spruce at Derrindee" delighted me by winning a VHC in a very strong Postgraduate Dog class. Marvin is the first of my dogs to place at Crufts ... Picture below is the Postgraduate Dog Class - Marvin and I are 3rd in from the left. English Springer Spaniel Judge Mrs JP Wood - Oliver "Lyntonridge Loyalty Card at Derrindee" handled by Mrs Lynn Ozanne his breeder won a 4th in Special Junior Dog. Oliver's sister Delphi "Lyntonridge Legal Tender" won 1st place in Special Junior Bitch. So a good day for us :-)))

09 April 2009 - Critique from Mr J Tiranti. English Springers - L (2) - 1 De Carteret’s Lyntonridge Loyalty Card at Derrindee (D). Lovely dog, not 18 months old. Good head, excellent reach of neck, good shoulder angulation, straight front, well sprung ribs, excellent quarters and stifles, moved well.

Marvin "Shenmore Spruce at Derrindee" - 1st Cocker Spaniel Open Dog, Reserve Best of Breed and 2nd AV Open Gundog Dog. Douglas "Kyna Charlie Brown at Derrindee - 2nd AV Veteran Gundog.
29 May 2009 - Critique from Mr Bill Bunce. Cocker Spaniel Open Dog - 2 - 1st De Carteret’s SHENMORE SPRUCE AT DERRINDEE. Three year old roan in hard condition. Good shape of skull, kind expression and eye. Well ribbed with substantial bone throughout. Moved with positive drive from well placed hocks and tight feet. A
touch more attention to presentation would be a good investment.

Kind alert expression and eye. Clean reach of neck leading to well sprung ribcage of ideal depth. Developed bone and musculature. Strong loin. Moved with straight drive coming and going. Strong feet. BOB & Gundog Group 2

Not to be outdone by his young kennel mate Marvin "Shenmore Spruce at Derrindee" won his class and showed beautifully.
01 August 2009 - The Kennel Club of Jersey Summer Championship Show - Judge Madame Pelissier - Marvin "Shenmore Spruce at Derrindee" 1st Open Dog (3), BOB and 1st AV Open Dog. Oliver "Lyntonridge Loyalty Card at Derrindee" 2nd Limit English Springer Spaniel. Oliver was beaten today by his beautiful sister Delphi "Lyntonridge Legal Tender" who went on to take the Jersey Reserve Challenge Certificate ... so well done Delphi xxx

06 September 2009 - The Guernsey Kennel Club Autumn Open Show - Judge Mrs J Cule "Mordax" - Marvin "Shenmore Spruce at Derrindee" 2nd Open Dog (3). Oliver "Lyntonridge Loyalty Card at Derrindee" 1st Open Dog. Oliver was beaten to BOB by his beautiful sister Delphi. We didn't stay for the AV Classes as I was suffering from a virus.

18 October 2009- The Guernsey Kennel Club Match - Judge Mrs Sarah Woodhouse - Marvin "Shenmore Spruce at Derrindee" won his class which was for Group Winners and then went on to win Best in Match. 09 October 2009 - Critique from Mr F Hawkins "Grovern" - Hants & Sussex Cocker Club - O (5 entries 1 absent) 2nd De Carteret's Shenmore Spruce at Derrindee. 4 year old light blue roan dog, well constructed and moved well, but not the the visual impact of the winner.
25 October 2009 - The Guernsey Kennel Club Winter Open Show - Judge Mr TH Johnston "Feldkirk" Marvin "Shenmore Spruce at Derrindee" 1st Open Dog (2), Best of Breed and Gundog Group 4. 3rd AV Open Gundog Dog, 1st AV Gundog Import. Marvin really showed his socks off today and was rewarded for his showmanship !!! Oliver "Lyntonridge Loyalty Card at Derrindee" 1st Open Dog and Best of Breed. Reserve AV Open Gundog Dog, 1st AV Gundog Locally Bred. Oliver showed very well again today but unfortunately wasn't that happy in the Group as I was showing Marvin. Douglas "Kyna Charlie Brown at Derrindee" was entered in the Veteran Class and came a very respectable 2nd. He really showed well so we may do a few more shows in the New Year.
23 October 2009 - Critique from Mrs J Cule "Mordax"- Guernsey Kennel Club Autumn Open Show - English Springer Spaniels (OD) 1 - 1st De Carteret's Lyntonridge Loyalty Card at Derrindee, litter brother to the winner of the last class, liver/w masculine dog with good head, eye & expression, excellent spring of ribs, nicely angulated quarters used to advantage. Just prefer your sister but I am sure that you will interchange places.
15 November 2009 - The Guernsey Kennel Club Super Match - Judge Mr Steven Edwards (KCJ President) - Oliver "Lyntonridge Loyalty Card at Derrindee won his class and then went on to win Reserve Best in Match. Marvin showed well and had a respectable 3rd in his class and Douglas made an outing and had a very respectable 2nd in his Veteran class so a good day for Team Derrindee ... Picture below ...
